By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided. We reserve the right to cancel any order that appears fraudulent or unauthorised. Payment is processed securely via Shopify Payments.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and include processing, as explained in our Shipping Policy. Delays may occur because of customs, carriers, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. If your order is delayed or has not arrived, please contact support@elevorae.com so we can help resolve the issue. Nothing in these terms limits your rights or our obligations under applicable consumer law.

5. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from delivery. No physical return is required, but clear photographs of the book are required for refund requests under this guarantee. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full eligibility and instructions, including the treatment of original delivery charges. This guarantee is in addition to, and does not replace or restrict, any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

6. Intellectual Property

Elevorae’s original branding, logo, journal, and original website content belong to Elevorae or its licensors. Books, titles, cover artwork, trademarks, and other third-party materials remain the property of their respective rights holders. Purchasing a product does not transfer intellectual property rights. Nothing in these terms restricts uses permitted by applicable law.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Elevorae is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of our website or products. This limitation does not exclude or restrict any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or any mandatory consumer rights.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Subject to applicable law, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore. Nothing in this section deprives you of mandatory consumer protections or rights to bring proceedings in other courts where applicable law provides those rights.
